Each Meera Mahadevia piece is handcrafted with time, intention, and the skilled hands of our karigars.

Given the artisanal nature of our creations:
• All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
• Minor variations are inherent to handcrafted work and are a part of its uniqueness — not imperfections.

In the rare case of:
• Transit damage
• Structural concerns

We take full responsibility and will:
• Repair the piece, or
• Offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images.

We stand by every creation — not just as a product, but as a piece of enduring craft.
